Studio Policies 

In order to keep the studio running optimally there are policies I have set in place. Never fun, but they are necessary to honor both your and my time. 

Studio Policies
Cancellation Policy:

I require 48 hour notice for any no penalty cancellation of appointments. For your convenience, you may cancel or rebook services online. I do require a credit card on file to book appointments, however, the card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or no-show to the appointment. Should that occur, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the late cancelled service and 100% of the service no-shown to the card you've chosen to place on file. I understand that life happens, and depending on the circumstance I reserve the right to wave the cancellation fee. Habitual late cancellations/no-shows may result in refusal of service unless the service has been paid for in full before the appointment time.

late arrival policy:

I deeply value all of my clients time and strive to keep my appointment start times and not run behind, in order to do that people must show up on time. I a lot 10 minutes to start for haircuts and 15 minutes for color appointments. If someone arrives after that window, they will be either charged a $25 late fee or depending on arrival time they will be considered a no show and be charged 100% of the appointment. If you are going to be late, I please ask that you communicate that with me ahead of time.

Refund policy:

I strive for all my guests to love their hair and feel nothing short of beautiful when leaving the studio. Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. If an adjustment needs to be made, please notify me within 5 days of the service to receive a complimentary adjustment. Never feel guilty for this! I love you and want you to love your hair.

When purchasing hair product from me, I do not offer returns but I will allow people to exchange product within 14 days of purchase.
